Keep the private Job Page link safe. Include only the non-secret job reference when asking for help. Never email the private token, payment details or sensitive sources unless we first provide a secure channel.

Uploads, downloads and payments

For failed uploads, remove password protection, check the supported format and size, and retry on a stable connection. Downloads expire at the date shown on the private page. For payment questions, provide the non-secret job reference and Stripe receipt identifier, never a card number.
