The service and contract
FileToDone prepares automated, source-linked drafts from customer-supplied files. The Quick Review is free and sample-based. Before payment you can review the proposed output, edit permitted choices and see the exact one-time price. A paid contract begins only after the plan is locked and Checkout is completed.
Your files and instructions
You keep your rights in content you provide and grant us a limited licence to host, copy, transform and process it only as needed to review, perform, secure, support and deliver the selected job. You confirm that you may provide the files and that the job does not violate law or another person’s privacy, confidentiality or intellectual-property rights.
Automated output and review
AI-assisted output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Source references and visible exceptions support review but do not replace a qualified professional. You are responsible for checking output and original evidence before relying on, approving or sharing it.
Delivery, access and refunds
The private Job Page shows status, exceptions, downloads and deletion deadline. A job may finish with an explicitly identified partial result when valid sources still support useful output. If meaningful output cannot be produced, we may retry, offer an appropriate correction, or refund the affected job. Contact marketing@nextsense.ai before access expires.
Acceptable use and third parties
Do not upload malware or unlawful or harmful content, obtain another customer’s data, bypass limits, probe credentials, or use unapproved automated access. FileToDone depends on the infrastructure, AI, payment and email providers named in the Privacy Notice; their terms apply to the parts they operate.
Consumer rights and liability
Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, FileToDone is provided as available without a guarantee that every source can be processed or every automated output is error-free. Total liability relating to a paid job is limited to the amount paid for that job where law permits.
Law, changes and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and their courts have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law allows a claim elsewhere. The date above identifies the current version; material changes apply prospectively to new jobs unless law requires otherwise.
